The use of the service implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions of service.

1. Purpose of the service

  Cryptio is a data analysis service based on crypto data (transaction data and wallet data) service. It allows you to have an accounting and financial monitoring of your investor activity and to anticipate your tax situation.

  In order to have access to the service, the User must create an account by providing an email address and a password. Once your account is created, to access it, the User must identify himself using his email and password secret, personal and confidential. It is the responsibility of the User not to communicate his username and password in accordance with the provisions of the article personal data herein. Each User undertakes to maintain strict confidentiality of the data, in particular username and password, allowing him to access his loggin section, the User acknowledging being solely responsible for accessing the Service through his username and password, except proven fraud. Each User undertakes to inform Cryptio without delay in the event of loss, misappropriation or fraudulent use of his username and / or password.

  The User remains responsible for the terms and consequences of his access to Cryptio including the Internet. This access may involve the payment of fees to technical service providers, such as Internet access providers, which remains at its expense. In addition, the User must provide and be fully responsible for the necessary equipment to connect to Cryptio. The User acknowledges having verified that the computer configuration he uses is secure and in working order.

  Before subscribing to a paid service from Cryptio, the User agrees to read the Terms and Conditions then in force before accepting them and confirm the terms of withdrawal prior to payment of the order. The confirmation of the order implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and forms the contract.

  The archiving of communications, purchase orders and invoices is provided by Cryptio on a reliable and durable support so as to constitute a faithful and durable copy. These communications, purchase orders and invoices can be produced as proof of the contract. Unless proved otherwise, the data recorded by Cryptio on the Internet constitutes proof of all transactions between Cryptio and its Users.

  The contractual information relating to the order (including the order number) will be confirmed by e-mail in due time and at the latest at the time of delivery of the service. Cryptio strongly recommends that the User print and / or archive this order confirmation as a proof on a reliable and durable medium.   Cryptio reserves the right not to validate the User's order for any legitimate reason, especially in the event that:

Any modification of order by the User after confirmation of his order is subject to the agreement of Cryptio.

3. Terms of payment and security

Cryptio uses the STRIPE online payment solution. STRIPE may refuse The credit card if it has expired, if it has reached the maximum amount of expense to which the User is entitled or if the data entered are incorrect.

The price of the Services in effect when ordering is indicated in euros all taxes included (TTC) on the Site. In case of promotion, Cryptio agrees to apply the promotional price to any order placed during the advertising period for the promotion.

The price is payable in euros (€) exclusively.

The total amount due by the User and its details are indicated on the order confirmation page.

4. Right of withdrawal

  The service is fully performed after the order, the user gives his prior consent when ordering the abandonment of his right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code.

5. Personal data

  The User is hereby informed that the personal data indicated as mandatory on the forms and collected as part of the service described herein are necessary for the use of the Site. Among the personal data of the User that Cryptio collects from him/her may appear:

1) Cryptio does not support margin trading, derivatives, swaps or futures.

2) Cryptio assumes that the user has correctly inquired about the tax regime to which his situation is subject.

3) All information provided is as accurate as the transaction history that the User has provided. If transactions are missing, then the history and therefore the "Tax" data will be wrong.

4) The Service is provided for informational purposes only. This service is not intended to replace tax, audit, accounting, investment, financial or legal advice. All information is provided "as is". Cryptio declines all responsibility for the accuracy or adequacy of all positions taken by the Client in his tax returns.
5) The calculation methods used for the Service are designed to meet the needs of most cryptocurrency investors.
